About Us

Who We Are

TSA Metal Products was formed in 1995 and quickly developed a market for high quality, Australian designed and made office furniture which initially consisted of mobile pedestals and metal components for workstations.

This range has grown over the years to include full range of storage units, cable management systems and height adjustable frames as well as table bases and a wide range of custom units.

The founding partners have a strong background in engineering and metal fabrication with an emphasis on commercial fit out. In the years before TSA they played pivotal roles in bringing some of the largest commercial fit outs in Australia to fruition. We have a dynamic core team with over 100 years of combined experience in metal fabrication and we know the importance of delivering quality products on time to our customers.

Technology

TSA Metal Products have some of the most modern machinery available in Australia. We are committed to ensuring that we are using the most efficient way to manufacture while keeping as much work in house as possible so we have full control over the manufacturing cycle and therefore the quality and finish of the product.

We have a large range of CNC machinery which guarantees accuracy and precision at high speed and includes Amada turrets (EM2510NT & EM3510NT), Amada automatic panel bender with fully automatic tool loading (TBZ 2523H), Amada and LVD pressbrakes and a Bemato Mill. The programming software for these machines is fully integrated with our CAD packages, Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor, allowing us to easily and efficiently make the transition from design to reality.
